I am passionately committed to the practice of providing hope and encouragement to empower the client to discover and use their inherent ability to make the necessary changes that support a healthy lifestyle. Because we are formed and transformed by our experiences and relationships, it is important to evaluate the impact of these past experiences and relationships on current presenting problems so that effective solutions can be developed to address those problems. This is why I have a passion for coaching and counseling. From an individual, couple, family, social, and spiritual perspective, my love for behavioral health care is based on its unique ability to be instrumental in assisting clients from all walks of life to identify and develop a course of action to help in working towards achieving the desired outcomes they want for their life.
